How Niraaya is made
Step 01
Temple Gathering
Sacred blooms collected from temples after offerings. Flowers that would otherwise become waste.
Step 02
Sun Drying
Flowers dried in sunlight, preserving their fragrance compounds before grinding.
Step 03
Masala Blending
Ground with sandalwood, desi ghee, jaggery, camphor and essential oils by hand in Delhi.
Step 04
Hand Rolling
Each stick hand-rolled, dried and packed — 30 per box. Ready to carry the temple home.
Our story – from temple to home

NIRAAYA starts at local temples where flowers are offered in devotion and usually end up as waste in landfills and rivers. We collect these flowers gently before they are thrown away, dry them and give them a second bloom as incense.

The petals are cleaned, sun-dried and crushed into a soft powder. We mix this with natural binders and essential oils – no charcoal, no added toxins – and roll them into low-smoke sticks.

For you, that means incense that looks aesthetic, smells nostalgic and fits into a mindful, planet-first lifestyle.
